Swim101 does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All information you enter in the app - including workout logs, distances, times, notes, and settings - is stored exclusively on your device using Apple local storage technologies (Core Data / UserDefaults).
We do not collect:

- Location data or GPS coordinates
- Health or fitness data beyond what you manually enter
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or analytics
- Cookies or web-tracking technologies
3. Third-Party Services
Swim101 does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or crash reporting services that transmit personal data off your device.
4. Data Security
Because all data lives on your device, it is protected by your device built-in security (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and iOS encryption). We recommend keeping your iOS version up to date for the best protection.
5. Children Privacy
Swim101 is suitable for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no special risk to children. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise device usage as appropriate.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Swim101 for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the app
- Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access control features
